In the words of Kendrick Lamar, when stuff hits the fan, is you still a fan? 

Yousef was one of the main reasons why I started up this whole YouTube thing again believe it or not. I didn't do it for the fame, not for money, but to be able to grow an audience that is like-minded and cultivate similar visions that I have on life; everything else is just a by-product. But at the same time, with exposure, comes hate, comes judgement, comes envy, and a myriad of other negative emotions and opinions. You're essentially like a modern day human punching bag.

If you want to do YouTube, you  might have to MUST have thick skin. It's mandatory. YouTube nowadays is a lot different now than it was from it 10 years ago. You literally have to claw your way up. I have nothing against fake pranks or channels that put on an act... unless it exploits people but I'll leave that up for future discussion. Even someone with literally millions of followers like FouseyTube/Yousef, still have several armies of doubters; or even fans turned doubters. With Yousef taking a break from YouTube, you can literally see ''die-hard'' supporters flip like a switch onto cries of shame and backlash onto his own decisions of taking a needed break.

If I ever be in the shoes of Yousef with my own channel (a guy can dream right?), I'll have to mentally prepare myself, it's not going to be easy, nothing ever comes easy. At times, I'd say it's as a person, yes I'm a person, we need to step away from the mental chatter, whether that's from ourselves or doubters, and truly listen to the voice within. Why? Because all the answers we ever seek, all the questions we ask, we all have the answers to, it's just all the murmur and garbage around us, fogs us from actually making decisions that we need to make that will better us.

I could've easily listened to every single person... but I didn't, I listened to myself. I choose the outcome of my life, I choose the action to take, I choose what happens in my life.

A million people could tell me I couldn't make it but the only person's opinion that matters is my own. Don't concern yourself with the opinions of those who don't matter. Lions don't concerns themselves with the opinions of sheep. Be a lion. Let them live the negative lifestyle, let them live with the burden of never reaching their dreams.''
